We have successfully delivered the design and construct contract for this groundbreaking 34-storey residential tower in Brisbane. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Koichi Takada Architects, this iconic structure has been designed to an impressive 5-Star Green Star Rating.
Upper House comprises 188 luxury 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, embodying sophistication, and innovation. Situated in South Brisbane, an architectural standout of the project is the elegant timber look ‘ribbons’ gracing the façade, culminating in a structural 3D bent timber rooftop pergola shading the pool and west terrace. In addition to the timber pergola are two timber Nest’s which allows residents to sit and enjoy the views from the level 33 off the bar and dining room.
The apartments feature custom-designed double-sided entertainers’ kitchen, 3m high ceilings, double-glazed glass sliding windows and doors, extensive internal storage, fully ducted zoned air conditioning, and unique crossflow ventilation throughout apartments and common areas.
The tower encompasses a range of facilities, including five levels of below-ground and five levels of above-ground car parking, a ground-floor resort-style lobby, apartments spanning from levels 6 to 30 with the Plant on level 31. The exclusive double-storey Rooftop Club, with level 32 holding the Wellness Club, offers a fully integrated approach to health, fitness, and general wellbeing; and the Upper Club, situated on level 33, provides residents with access to amenities such as a bar, cinema, boardroom, library, dining room, wine room, and lounge room. Additionally, level 34 houses mechanical plant and solar panels for the tower.
Upper House stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in construction, delivering a landmark project that sets a new standard for luxury living in Brisbane.
