Having successfully completed Stage 2 and 3A of the cladding rectification works at Sunshine Hospital in 2018, Minicon, through competitive tender, were awarded the balance of the remedial works to the Acute Services Building, in partnership with Western Health, Victorian Health Building Authority, Root Partnership and the full consultant team. The scope included the completion of the cladding rectification works including service isolations and strategic transition programming, working in strict coordination with the operational hospital, and it’s live COVID-19 respiratory clinic and COVID-19 vaccination centre.
