Northern Hospital IPU Tower

The IPU Tower was a Stage 1 Project comprising of the construction and fit out of a three level Acute Tower Block on the decommissioned helipad site. Features included, an enclosed link to the existing Northern Hospital, Inpatient Unit Ward, Stores and Shell space for future ICU as well as Plant and under croft space for future hospital kitchen and relocated Engineering Department. The construction was future-proofed to allow for an additional three levels and helipad at a later date.
