Constructed within the Alfred Centre, the project included fit out of a 900m2 shell area. This comprised open laboratory space for 50 researchers, five laboratory support rooms, glass wash up, stores, freezer farm and cold room facilities. The project was delivered within a live environment on Level 3 of the Alfred Centre, above the operating theatres level and below an MRI.
