The Halcyon Village project consists of the redevelopment of the current village consisting of 69 units, into three new buildings designed to a high level of sustainability, compromising of a total of 152 multi-dwelling community units. The village will further include flexible communal spaces, main office complete with client meeting facilities, and the rejuvenation of carparking and landscaping. Halcyon Village will provide units which meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Design Standards and Department of Housing and Human Services Victoria (DHHS) guidelines. The project is being developed in partnership with Bayside City Council and the State Government of Victoria and is the single largest residential project to be constructed in Melbourne under the Homes Victoria Scheme.
