Farmer Cutter and Swan Apartments is situated in Richmond and is representative of the shift from industrial to residential in the eclectic inner city suburb. 55 townhouse, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are situated around a unique internal courtyard which manages to combine the more brutalist aspects of the building structure with mature and intertwined flourishing flora. A beautiful project with considered yet unique design outcomes that we are thrilled to be involved with.
