Last week Icon signed construction contracts to deliver the Marriott Docklands after succeeding in a highly competitive tender against Probuild, Built and Multiplex.
This is an exciting opportunity to further demonstrate our hotel capability following on from the award winning Old Clare Hotel in Sydney. We are delighted to have gained Capital Alliance Investment Group as a valued client and look forward to working successfully again with Urban Pty Ltd to collectively deliver this landmark project for Melbourne with the team.
